Graham Zulu, MSW

With a sustained commitment to advancing behavioral science, Graham has led community centered initiatives across Africa, India, and the United States, applying data driven methods to inform intervention design, program evaluation, and implementation strategy. At the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND), he integrates applied research with policy relevant analysis and supports the design, execution, and evaluation of complex multi-site behavioral health and disability focused programs.

 

His doctoral training in Research Methods and Statistics at the University of Denver emphasizes predictive and nonlinear modeling, including the development of VAGBBM, a variance adaptive gradient boosted bootstrap modeling framework designed to capture complex risk structures in behavioral health science data. This work enables identification of nonlinear risk patterns, strengthens prevention strategies, and advances data driven decision making in population health and social policy.
