A Decentralized Human Resources (DHR) Representative is an employee within a department who acts as a liaison to the University’s Human Resources team. This role is essential in providing assistance to leadership within each department, initiating key human resources transactions and accessing human resources reports.
DHR representatives are able to view information within their area of responsibility and initiate the following transactions:
Person Management
- Change Employee Manager
- Update Assignment
- Change Assignment
- Terminate Employee
Compensation
- Manage Salary for base pay changes
- Manage Compensation for individual awards

- The CoA represents the structure through which financial transaction data is organized and reported
