Facilities Construction
Staff in Facilities Construction serve as the University’s Owner’s representative
and are responsible for coordinating the work of general contractors and construction
managers with other University organizations (Facilities Architecture/Facilities Engineering/Utilities
Management) and design consultants. The office is also responsible for seeing that
buildings are constructed in accordance with the contract documents and schedules
and budgets are maintained.
Facilities Construction strives to meet the expectations of administration, end users,
and external stakeholders, all while providing excellent spaces for learning and research.
