Designed for working adults, these affordable certificates can be completed in as little as one year! With an emphasis on innovation, unique leadership styles, and communication, they are valuable tools for enhancing leadership skills. Graduates earn a standalone micro credential that can be applied toward a Bachelor degree if desired. While applicants are not required to have prior college credit or to be degree-seeking, the certificates are listed under our Degree-Seeking programs.
