Essentials in Facilitating Controversial Natural Resource Issues

In this interactive two-day workshop, we will present the essential skills and techniques of facilitating productive meetings around contentious public issues. You will learn essentials of collaborative problem solving such as process design, setting ground rules and decision rules, creating a safe and productive meeting environment, and facilitative methods and techniques for a variety of situations. You will have an opportunity to practice the full range of skills and facilitative techniques demonstrated in the workshop.

Workshop runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first day and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second day. Lunch is provided.
