About ISS

Location

The ISS office is located in Suite 5 of the Cheney International Center (basement of Student Health) on the UW campus.

Also located in the basement of the Cheney International Center, the International Resource Center (IRC) provides opportunities for a variety of cross-cultural activities to enrich the experience of international education at UW. A study lounge/meeting room, television with gaming console, and a computer lab are available to meet students' needs. The IRC also serves as a regular meeting site for international groups.

The IRC promotes international educational exchange through its services and programs, creating an environment that is supportive and conducive to meeting the educational, intellectual, and social needs of the UW international population in particular, and the campus community at large. The IRC is one of several services for assisting campus facilitation of meaningful dialogue on the value and importance of human diversity. Please contact our office to reserve the IRC.
