The Wellness Center is pleased to offer a variety of health promotion programs and services that address one or more of our ten areas of focus. Most are free of charge, but there are a few services that charge a competitive rate. Check us out!
Massage Chairs: Whether you want help with relaxation and stress relief, or to work out muscle aches and pains, our electronic full-body massage chairs will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Free for UW students with valid WyoOne ID.
RelaxSpace Wellness Pod: Our wellness pod offers a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience for relaxation, mindfulness, guided breathing, and personal growth resources. Free for UW students with a valid WyoOne ID.
Electronic Foot Massagers: Your feet work hard for you every day. Take care of them and yourself by getting a free, 15-minute foot massage with our fancy electronic foot massagers.
Personal training ($): Receive personalized workouts and support to help you reach your fitness goals.
Athletic training: Let our athletic trainer help you with your injury prevention and care needs.
Weekly educational programs and workshops: See our current schedule of events.
Faculty and Staff Adult Wellness: Meet people, get fit, and improve your overall health by enrolling in this fun program.
Health Education and Outreach Programs: Take a workshop on stress-relief, nutrition, or one of our other health topics. Or have us come to your group and present. Visit our Health Education and Wellness Outreach Programs page.
Health assessments and screenings: Check your blood pressure, take a sleep assessment, get screened for alcohol, depression, anxiety, or other health issues.
Campus and community resources and referrals: If we can't help you, we will let you know who can.
Free fruit Fridays: Stop in the Wellness Center every Friday during the academic year and grab a free piece of fruit. Available to UW students only please.
Wellness Ambassadors Program: A great opportunity for students to get involved in promoting health and wellness on campus.
Educational materials and health promotion supplies: Pick up a brochure, grab some sunscreen, hand sanitizer, safe sex supplies, or other freebies.
Consultation room: A private office to meet with a wellness service provider.
Internships and Employment Opportunities: We offer internships and student employment opportunities every semester.
