Melissa Sparks is a member of Actors Equity Association and joined the Department of Theatre and Dance in the fall of 2025. She is from Mississippi and Oklahoma and a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Credits include Broadway: SIX, the Musical, The Music Man (revival), The Importance of Being Earnest; Tour: SIX, the Musical (1st & 2nd National Tour), Company (Being Alive Tour), Mamma Mia! 25th Anniversary National Tour; International: Company Manager for One Year Lease International Summer Residency Program, Carnival Cruise Lines; Regional: The Kennedy Center, Bay Street Theater, Westport Country Playhouse, Theatre Tulsa, and Clark Youth Theatre.
