Donald Turner grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and holds a BFA in Art from LSU, an MA in Painting, and an MFA in Drawing with a minor in photography from the University of Iowa.
He loves working with his hands and fell into theatre by accident when the Theatre and Dance Department at the University of Wyoming was searching for a scene shop foreman. He has loved the theatre ever since.
As shop foreman he has been involved with the building of over 80 shows at the University of Wyoming, and has many semesters of Stagecraft. Donald has two children, a girl and a boy, both of whom are interested in theatre careers.
