Learn More About the Professional Selling Minor
The professional selling minor is a 15-credit-hour program that is accredited by the
University Sales Center Alliance (USCA). It consists of one required fundamental course
and your choice of advanced electives.
During this program, students learn communication skills, selling techniques and how
to use sales technology. This minor provides students with opportunities to pair their
technical or liberal arts backgrounds with essential knowledge and skills required
for careers in sales. Sales careers offer independence, ample financial reward, personal
growth and opportunities for rapid advancement within organizations.

The University of Wyoming's Center for Professional Selling is a member of the University Sales Center Alliance (USCA), a prestigious organization representing sales centers throughout the U.S.
and Europe. UW's sales program is also part of the Sales Education Foundation (SEF), a non-profit that partners with and supports top-tier sales education.
In addition to these accreditations, the University of Wyoming College of Business
is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International.

"The community aspect of the sales program is what I have enjoyed the most. I’ve met so many people and know that I have a lifelong network of peers, colleagues, and resources waiting for me one phone call away. The Center’s corporate partners have provided me with a valuable network. The job market is in a frightening state right now, but thanks to these relationships, I feel that I always have someone who I can reach out to for a recommendation or advice."
