Jordan was born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming and completed a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Wyoming. Following graduation he worked as an intern in the ER and as a lab tech in a histology lab. From these experiences, he was drawn to medicine as he discovered how teamwork played an integral role in health care. In addition, his medical experiences helped to mold his personal satisfaction of helping someone in need and he expresses that he thoroughly enjoys working with people. Jordan proceeded to further his education by receiving a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University. He is currently interested in pediatrics as he loves working with children, however he is excited to learn about other specialties and is open to them. In his spare time he enjoys football, hockey, playing the drums, working out, and spending time with his friends and family.
