Daniel grew up in Green River, Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in physiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. He decided to look into medicine as a career after a physiology and anatomy high school class; that desire led to extensive schooling in science and medicine while volunteering and shadowing in clinics. Daniel eventually went to Colorado State University where he graduated with a Master in Biomedical Science and loved to volunteer in the university’s anatomy teaching programs with the high school. Now, Daniel is interested in internal medicine specifically as an endocrinologist but is still open to investigating other specialties.
