Peter is from Lander, Wyoming, and received his Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts from Wyoming Catholic College and his Bachelor of Arts in biology from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. His interest in medicine stemmed from his work with the Wyoming Protection and Advocacy group as well as his volunteer work as a Wilderness EMT. Peter is honored to be chosen as a TRUST scholar for the community of Thermopolis, Wyoming, and has a deep interest in pediatrics as a medical field. He fills his spare time with a variety of hobbies including mountaineering, geology, fishing, hunting, drawing, welding and teaching wilderness medicine.
