Cade was born in Idaho and spent much of his time in Moran, Wyoming while growing up. He received his associate degree from Central Wyoming College and attended the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in physiology and minors in chemistry and neuroscience, before earning a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University of Northern Colorado. His passion in medicine developed when he had a major knee injury while snowboarding in 2011. He was fascinated and inspired by medical advancements, the body's regenerative properties, and the compassion demonstrated by his orthopedist. Over the last two years, he has worked as an EMT across Wyoming. He is most interested in surgery (orthopedics, neurosurgery, and general surgery) and also enjoys emergency medicine. He has a desire to help the under-served populations in Wyoming and enjoys snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and playing with his dogs in his spare time.
