Ariel grew up in Gillette, WY. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in physiology and microbiology and a minor in Spanish. After graduating, she lived in Colorado and did animal reproduction and biotechnology research at CSU, as well as worked at a behavioral health hospital. Ariel’s passion for medicine developed throughout her whole life, beginning at the age of four when her mom worked for a pediatrician and continuing into adulthood as she saw a need for better primary care and overall mental health. In the future, Ariel is dedicated to serving under-served communities and hopes to practice pediatric medicine. She enjoys adventuring, including traveling, hiking, climbing, skydiving, cooking, and baking.
