NIH Senior Health
Provides multiple resources on health related topics written specifically for the senior. An additional section contains short videos on 45 different health-related topics.

Health Conditions

Alzheimer's Disease Education and Referral Center
From the National Institute on Aging, this page provides Basics of Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia, Causes of Alzheimer's Disease, Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease, and Alzheimer's Caregiving. Also provided is the contact information for the Alzheimer's Disease Education and Referral (ADEAR) Center.

Alzheimer's Foundation of America
Offers an introduction to Alzheimer's, introduction to caregiving, links to local services, links to social workers, tips for in-home care, insight, and a blog for caregivers.

Living with Arthritis: Easy-to-Read Information for Patients and Families  
The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMSD) provides basic information on arthritis.

Johns Hopkins Arthritis Center: Patient Corner
Johns Hopkins Arthritis Center provides information for patients on topics such as Drug Information for Patients, Educational Videos for Patients, and Managing your Disease.

Cancer in Older Adults
Cancer.Net includes a video and 36-page booklet on cancer care for older adults. Topics include Aging and Cancer, Care Management, Cancer Treatment, Clinical Trials, Co-existing Conditions, Caregiving Considerations , and Resources.

MAA Center: The MAAC (Esthetical + Asbestos Awareness Center) is an online resource for those who have been diagnosed with asbestos-related illnesses and those looking to learn more about it. The MAAC provides a range of information that discusses symptoms, the types of treatment that are expected and preventative measures.
