MEthods
During meetings with your advisor, there will be discussion regarding your coursework. This will include how individual courses are going as well as how coursework applies toward your degree audit/graduation plan. During meetings Kami can also coach you regarding your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and Handshake profile. SER’s goal is for you to obtain Internships Sophomore-Senior year. Kami will also share information regarding scholarships, both on and off the UW campus.
Prereqisite
Degree seeking Energy Resource Management and Development BS student. Within the ERMD BS there are two concentrations: Professional Land Management and Energy and Environmental Systems. As part of your ERMD major, you must have selected a concentration with SER. You could also have selected to be part of our 3+3 program (Accelerated BS and Juris Doctorate pathway) in EES or PLM. Students in ERMD are advised by either Kami or Tanner. Students pursuing SER's Land Administration Certificate OR our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage Certificate can meet with Heather. Lastly, any student pursuing the Energy Resource Management minor through SER can also meet with Heather.
