Your Campus Visit Request Was Received
Next Steps:
- An initial email will be sent to the student's email address letting you know we successfully
received your request within one to two business days (excluding weekends). Please
check your spam/junk/clutter folder as well as your Inbox. If you don't receive an
email, call our office at (307) 766-4075 to make sure your request was received-please
don't submit another request.
- The visit request email will contain your visit date and check-in time. Please make
sure you verify the information is correct.
- If you need to make changes to your visit date or check-in time, please contact us
immediately at VisitUW@uwyo.edu or (307) 766-4075 to update your visit information. Changes to your visit may affect
appointment availability.
- After we let you know we received your request, we'll work on arranging your appointments!
This process depends on faculty and staff availability. For areas not available to
meet with you during your campus visit, we will connect you with those areas as part
of your confirmation email with your schedule.
- When we have your visit schedule finalized, a confirmation email with parking instructions
and your visit itinerary will be sent to the student and parent emails provided with
the visit request. At the latest, you will receive this schedule the day before your
visit. This email may go to your spam/junk/clutter folder so please check there for
an email with the subject line: "UW Visit Confirmation." Please know it can be difficult
to make changes to your schedule once it is finalized.
