Ambulance Coverage MASA

UW Human Resources is excited to offer Ambulance Coverage. Consider this voluntary supplemental insurance offered through State of Wyoming Employees' Group Insurance office to protect you and your family from large potential bills from emergency transport companies.

Voluntary Brochure

Ambulance Coverage is a voluntary benefit offered through the Employees' Group Insurance office. The Voluntary Benefits Brochure gives an overview of the MASA Ambulance Coverage.

MASA Ambulance Election Form

Use the MASA Ambulance Election Form to elect this voluntary coverage. Election can be made for new employees, or during open enrollment, or in the event of a Qualifying Event. If coverage is waived or dropped, there is a one year waiting period and can be elected during open enrollment after the waiting period.

MASA - Member Service Agreement

Member Services Agreement will give more information for what will be covered.
