Find Course Reserves

Student Course Reserve Information

Students can search Course Reserves using UW Libraries' QuickSearch. To utilize the search:

1. Visit UW Libraries' QuickSearch site (you can also access via the search box on our homepage)
   
   
2. The search box at the top should already be set to search 'Course Reserves' with the link above but if it is not, click the magnifiying glass on the right. 
   
   
3. From the drop-down, select 'Course Reserves'
   
   
4. In the search box, you can search by instructor, course name or course number:
   1. Course Instructor (first and last name or last name recommended)
      • Examples: Ogden; or Ogden, Linda; or Linda Ogden
   2. Course Name
      • Examples: music appreciation, comparative vertebrate anatomy
   3. Course Number: 
      • Examples: MUSC 3015 or Zoology 201
        
        
5. Some reserve materials are physical and can be checked out at the Help Desk, other materials are electronic and can be accessed online.
