Tim Deibert Bio

Tim obtained his B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Wyoming. During his tenure as an undergraduate he joined the Gatlin lab where he became well-versed in quantitative light microscopy and image analysis. He is currently a graduate student in the Gatlin lab where his research interest is focused on understanding how the microtubule cytoskeleton influences organelle scaling during development. In his free time Tim enjoys taking his black labrador Oakley on as many outdoor adventures as possible. When not at the lab you can find Tim flyfishing, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking mountain summits.
