NCLEX Eligibility

If any student has been convicted of a misdemeanor or a felony, they should contact the state board of nursing for the state in which they plan to take the NCLEX prior to accepting a position in the School of Nursing. State boards of nursing control who is eligible to sit for the NCLEX after completing the requirements of an educational program. If a student cannot take the exam, they will not be licensed as a registered nurse.
