Brayden was raised in Cody, Wyoming. He has been interested in medicine ever since witnessing the difficulties and triumphs in healthcare that accompanied his niece born with a rare chromosome microdeletion. Brayden graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in physiology and explored his desire to pursue medicine in his undergraduate years through volunteering, working as a CNA, and through shadowing physicians. He quickly fell in love with working in the medical field and was deeply impressed and motivated at the impact good physicians can have for their patients and communities. Brayden is now interested in family medicine but is looking forward to exploring and learning about other specialties. Brayden is grateful to be in the WWAMI program and is eager to serve as a physician for the great state of Wyoming. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
