ASUW-Funded Event Marketing Rules

All promotional materials for events that are funded by ASUW must have the ASUW logo and ADA compliance logo on them.

Marketing Help Requests

If you are a part of an ASUW Program or are hosting an ASUW-funded event, you may request electronic design work, posters, pamphlets, logos, and more. If you need marketing assistance on behalf of a Student Organization or other University of Wyoming entity, contact the ASUW Director of Marketing to promote your event.

To apply for marketing support fill out the Marketing Request Form.

Please submit the Marketing Request Form at least two (2) weeks prior to your event!

Student Organizations and Entertainment

Formerly known as the Campus Activities Center, the Office of Student Organizations and Entertainment within CSIL has numerous resources to support and assist SO’s in their events, marketing, finances, organizational management and more.
