Add/Review Performance Goals: are instructions for employees to:

  • Add performance goals
  • Submit a performance goal for approval
  • Check notifications
While employees are not required to be vaccinated, if they choose to, fully vaccinated employees must report it in HCM. This allows the University to track vaccination numbers to better make educated decisions regarding employee health. Reporting Your COVID-19 Vaccination provides instructions how to do so.
Reviewing Employment Information: are instructions for accessing and reviewing your employment details such as current and past assignments, position, and department.
Reviewing Your Compensation: are instructions for accessing and reviewing your compensation details including your current salary, grade, and any previous salary changes.
FMLA stands for Family and Medical Leave Act. It provides 12 weeks of job-protected leave in a 12-month period for applicable reasons. To request FMLA, please fill out the FMLA Request form.
Update Skills and Qualifications: are instructions for updating your skills and qualifications in HCM.
Updating Contact Information: are instructions for accessing and updating contact information including address, phone number, and setting primary contact information.
Updating Emergency Contacts: are instructions to add emergency contacts for use in the event of an emergency.
Updating Personal Details: are instructions for accessing and updating your personal details including race, ethnicity, veteran, and disability self-identification.

Viewing Benefit Elections: are instructions for viewing benefit elections within WyoCloud HCM.

*Note: employees can not make or change any benefit elections in HCM. Those must be done through EGI.
