Accessing Supervisor HCM Reports: are instructions for locating Human Resources dashboards and reports available to Decentralized Human Resources Representatives (DHR) and Supervisors (Line Managers) within Reports and Analytics.
Adding Goals for a Direct Report or Team: are instructions for adding a goal for one direct report in particular or a specific member of the team and how to add one specific goal to multiple reports as part of a team.
Approving Time Cards in HCM: are instructions to approve time cards in HCM. However, if the time card includes emergency leave please use Approving Time Cards with Salary Emergency Leave with Pay (COVID-19) instructions instead.
Change Salary: are instructions for the basic steps needed to make permanent salary changes for employees within your area of supervision. Note, these changes must work through the approval chain before taking affect.

Changing Employee's Manager: are instructions for changing line managers (supervisors) for employee(s) within your area of supervision. This process is also used to update the direct reports of managers in your line of supervision.

Employee Termination: are instructions for completing a termination by ending an assignment for an employee within your area of responsibility. Note, these changes must work through the approval chain before taking affect.

Entering an Absence on Behalf of Your Employee: are instructions for entering an absence on behalf of your employee. Please communicate with your employee(s) before entering absences for them to avoid duplicates and confusion.

Individual Compensation: are instructions to make compensation changes for employees within your area of supervision. Compensation is supplemental or additional pay beyond base salary.

Managing Administrative Performance Evaluations: are instructions to complete the annual performance evaluation process for Administrative staff who report to you in HCM.

Managing Classified Staff Performance Evaluations: are instructions to complete the annual performance evaluation process for classified staff who report to you in HCM.

Reviewing Your Team's Compensation Details: are instructions to access compensation information for individuals who report to you in HCM.

Updating Working Hours: are instructions to change working hours for select employees in your area of supervision in HCM. Updating working hours changes the employee's FTE (Full Time Equivalency).
