Explore “The Natural Archive” Exhibit

UW Libraries and the UW Natural Science Collections Partnership invite the campus and community to an open house and reception for The Natural Archive: Glimpses into the University of Wyoming’s Scientific Collections on Monday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. in the basement of the Biosciences Building.

The exhibit features images and specimens from eight UW collections that showcase Wyoming’s biodiversity and research heritage. The event is free and open to the public.

NEWS + STORIES

UW Libraries is accepting applications for the Alternative Textbook Grant, which supports instructors in adopting or creating open educational resources (OER) to reduce student costs and enhance access to learning materials. 

For those who were unable to attend the workshop, a grant consultation can be scheduled with Sammy Peter before applying. Spring 2026 proposals are due by Oct. 31.
