Jamie Markus is the Assistant Dean of Resource Discovery & Management. Jamie oversees the selection, purchasing, cataloging, and findability of the print and electronic resources found in the library collections. Prior to joining UW Libraries, Jamie worked at the Wyoming State Library for over 18 years, the last seven as State Librarian. He is a past president of the Western Council of State Libraries and Wyoming Library Association and has served on numerous statewide and national governing and advisory boards. When not in the library, Jamie can be found exploring museums and national parks with his family.
