Saddle Up Move-In

First-time student this fall?

You will participate in Saddle Up!  This new and exciting program is coming to UW this fall. Saddle Up is a required student introductory course that will take place on the UW Campus from August 18-25, 2023.  Saddle Up participants will move into the residence halls on Friday, August 18th beginning at 8:00 a.m.  As this is before the fall housing and dining contract start date of August 24, an additional charge of $372.00 will apply for Saddle Up students.  This covers room and all meals during Saddle Up for dates before the fall contract start date (8/18-8/23) and will be billed to the student account.

It's time to unload! Carts are available to check out at various locations depicted on the Move-In Map. You may use the 30-minute unloading zone on King Street north of the residence halls to unload your vehicle. Unloading zones are also available south of Orr Hall and west of White Hall. Please do not exceed the 30-minute limit.

Note: When checking out a cart, you must leave an ID. This can not be the student's WyoOne ID card because they will need that to access their room.
