High School Drum Major Clinic

June 16-18th, 2023


WTMB Summer Drum Major Camp is Back! - June 16th-18th we will be hosting a drum major and student leadership camp here in Laramie. The camp will focus on student leadership skills, conducting, score study and musicianship, and marching band fundamentals. High school marching band drum majors and leaders are encouraged to attend. Directors are welcome to attend the sessions at no extra charge. This camp will coincide with the final days of hosting the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps. Participants in the camp will get to work with some of the Blue Devils members and staff and we will conclude our camp by attending the Community Performance in War Memorial Stadium on Saturday night, June 17th. We are offering housing options to stay in the dorms. Please contact Dr. Carver or Lexis Hamilton in our Box Office for more details and register by May 15th if interested. Payment is due NO LATER than time of check in.

 

Every student who registers for the camp MUST pay the Tuition Cost. If the student would like to stay on campus, in the dorms, they are required to pay the Room & Board cost. If the student is not staying in the dorms, they can purchase individual meals if they would like to eat in the dining halls with the other participants. Please note, there is NO REQUIREMENT TO STAY IN THE DORMS. 


 

Tuition

 
Tuition will be $200 per student.

Here is the breakdown of pricing:


Lodging and Meals (5 meals): $130.00
Individual Meals: $10 (Breakfast) / $13 (Lunch/Dinner)

Lodging:
We offer ONLY double rooms.

Meal Schedule:
Friday: Dinner
Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Sunday: Breakfast

If you are a commuter student (individuals who are not staying in the dorms) and who would like to purchase meals, please indicate below!
***Please note, if you are paying for lodging, your meals are included in that price***
