Dr. Susan Luparell is an Associate Professor at Montana State University. A nationally recognized speaker and author on the topic of civility and incivility in nursing and nursing education, Luparell has authored chapters on this topic in several leading nursing education textbooks. Her scholarship focuses on the ethical implications of incivility, including how incivility affects others and how it can be managed in academic as well as clinical settings.
Luparell will be speaking as the "Distinguished Roy & Fay Whitney Lecturer" as part of the Doctor of Nursing Practice Scholarship Day Program. The 2016 Doctor of Nursing Practice candidates will give their Oral Project Presentations followed by Luparell's lecture. See agenda below.
