Patrick Johnson

Dr. Patrick Johnson is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering.

The Johnson group investigates the interactions of biological molecules at material interfaces. Funded energy related research focuses on the development of recyclable biocatalysts. Currently we are investigating the fabrication and utility of immobilizing enzymes involved in cellulose hydrolysis as well as immobilizing enzymes for CO₂ capture.
