The Manager of Inclusivity Initiatives in Human Resources provides phone or in-person consultation on conducting fair and equitable searches including diversity recruitment strategies. All chairs and search committee members must take the WyoCloud Hiring Access Training and The Search Committee Workshop if you have not done so recently.
