Short and Long Term Disability
Short-Term Disability Insurance (STD) replaces a portion of your pay if you cannot
work due to an illness or injury. The STD plan pays a benefit to replace 66.67% of
your pre-disability income.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) replaces a portion of your pay if you cannot work due to
a longer-lasting illness or injury. The LTD plan pays a benefit to replace 60% of
your pre-disability income.
