Business Services

Business Services provides operational support including Service Desk, Accounting, Human Resources, Computing, and Warehouse Management.  All budgeting, fiscal and work order system operations are managed by this unit.

Facilities Management

Facilities Management provides the resources and expertise to maintain University facilities.  The unit responds to repair calls from departments on campus, as well as perform routine scheduled maintenance services on an ongoing basis and works together to provide a clean, inviting campus environment for students, employees, and visitors.  Facilities management includes project management services for campus maintenance and renovation projects.

Facilities Services

Facilities Services provides services for maintaining University facilities and grounds including custodial, grounds, equipment, moving, shipping & receiving and postal.  Requests for moving services and forms for property disposal requests and shipping requests can be found on the Shipping and Receiving page.

Utilities Management

Utilities Management provides management, engineering and planning for campus wide utilities and building controls systems, including steam, water, irrigation water, chilled water, compressed air, and storm and sanitary sewers.  The unit includes engineering services for campus maintenance and renovation projects as well as technical services for campus auditorium and theater events.

UW Safety Office

The UW Safety Office is a support unit for all of campus responsible for maintaining safety policies and procedures, hazardous material management, lab safety and inspections, conducting safety training and emergency response.  Information regarding safety operations and services for the University of Wyoming can be found on the UW Safety Office Site.

Jacoby Golf Course

Jacoby Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course open to the public and operated by the University of Wyoming.
