Biography
Allison Gernant teaches first-year composition, first year seminar, and courses in the LeaRN Program. Her research and teaching interests include active and engaged learning practices in higher education and interdisciplinary, problem-based learning. She enjoys theatre, gardening, and paddle boarding. In the winter, she volunteers with Laramie's Medicine Bow Nordic Association (MBNA) to teach cross-country skiing to children aged five to ten. She grew up in Worland, Wyoming.
