Biography

Shelby was born and raised in Wyoming; she is happy to continue to call Wyoming home. Shelby’s research/teaching interests include political rhetoric; feminist rhetoric/method(ology)—specifically, rhetorical listening; cross-cultural rhetoric; Latina counterstory; and first-year writing.
