The Telecom Help Desk Services:
- Coordination of cable installation for data and telephone service
- Coordination of new, or changes in existing, data and telephone service
- Coordination of voice messaging service
- Coordination of 800 service
- Training designed to help individuals and departments fully utilize the features offered by the telephone system
- Guidance in maximizing the efficiency of each department's telephone system
- Resolution of trouble calls for data and telephones
