Erica D. Lindsay

Erica D. Lindsay, PharmD, MBA, Esq. is a licensed pharmacist and healthcare attorney based in the greater Chicagoland area. With over two decades of experience in pharmacy management and healthcare compliance, she currently serves as the managing attorney at Lindsay Law Chicago, where she advises clients on healthcare malpractice, contracts, HIPAA regulations, and fraud disclosure matters.

 

In addition to her legal practice, Dr. Lindsay remains active in clinical care as a hospital pharmacist, specializing in Code Blue response, neonatal, and pediatric pharmacy—areas vital to emergency medical situations.

 

Dr. Lindsay is deeply involved in professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, where she holds the role of vice-chair on the Policy Committee. She is also a member of the American Health Law Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.

 

Her academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy, an MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business, a Juris Doctor (JD) from North Carolina Central University School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Healthcare Law from Loyola University Chicago.
