Jessica Steward

Jessica Steward, MBA, serves as Assistant Director of Business Development at Wyoming Behavioral Institute and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Wyoming at Casper. She teaches in the areas of healthcare quality and organizational leadership, drawing on a professional background that spans higher education administration, healthcare operations, and radiology technologist clinical leadership. Prior to her current roles, Jessica served as Business Manager for UW Casper, where she led operational strategy, budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-functional process improvement. Her earlier healthcare experience includes progressive leadership roles as a radiologic technologist, with a strong foundation in clinical operations, compliance, and systems implementation. She holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wyoming, as well as an Associate of Science in Radiological Sciences from Casper College.
