ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Transportation Cleaning Attendant will be responsible for a thorough inspection, sanitation, and general cleaning of our Fleet and Transit vehicles daily. Job duties will include, washing and sanitizing interior windows, seats, dashboards, walls, ceilings, floors, and other high touch areas as well as the exterior of vehicles.

JOB PAY RATE:

Transportation Services is very flexible working with student schedules. Weekly hours can range anywhere from 10 - 30 hours. The normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please note that this position requires occasional weekend, night, and early morning work.

Full-Time Positions

JOB PURPOSE:
Oversee personnel and daily operations of the Transportation Services customer service office.
This position has been deemed essential as addressed in the University of Wyoming’s Employee Handbook. Employees in essential positions may be required to work during emergency closures and winter closure based on the nature of their job duties and the reasons for the closure.
This position involves on-call status.
WORKING HOURS:
- Summer: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Front Desk Assistants (FDAs). Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, task assignment, performance monitoring, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions or terminations.
- Oversee/provide operation of the customer-facing office by providing general receptionist duties, high quality customer service, car rental reservations, vehicle check-out/in, parking permit/citation sales, radio dispatch, prepare citation appeals, and maintain supplies and inventory.
- Utilize and maintain software and databases. Provide data entry; registered owners, customer accounts, and billing information. Assist in maintaining parking permit system set-up.
- Supervise/provide accounting duties by processing payments, corrections, refunds, reconciliation, deposits, manage payment plans, process payroll deductions, and manage 3rd party collections. Work with accounting team to prepare invoices and collect payments.
- Perform administrative tasks and projects. Analyze, process and maintain information as required.
- Prepare complex reports regarding personnel staffing and budgetary requests for personnel, supplies and equipment; perform associated analysis and interpretations.
- May perform a variety of marketing, public relations, special events, projects, and tasks.
- Provide training regarding department and University procedures; may provide computer application(s)/procedures training.
- Research problems and provide resolution(s).
- Act as liaison to Director in the absence of Assistant Director.
- Support other areas of the department as needed; prep car rental vehicles, assist
with vehicle immobilization, etc.

JOB PURPOSE:
Perform basic bookkeeping functions in all Transportation Services areas, Transit,
Fleet, and Parking. Data entry, balance and reconcile accounts, review, revise and
prepare accounting information and reports according to established guidelines and
procedures.
This position is grant funded and considered at-will employment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Balance and reconcile accounts, prepare reports, collect and maintain detailed records. Review and update information in accounting systems, perform analyses and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

JOB PURPOSE:
Perform as entry level automotive technician/mechanic. Perform preventative maintenance and minor to intermediate repairs. Assemble, maintain, repair, adjust and modify equipment, vehicles and/or facilities and machinery; operate vehicles, equipment and/or machinery.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in gasoline-and diesel-powered vehicles and equipment using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks, including fluid changes, component replacements and general system checks.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, overhaul or rebuild components such as bearings, axle seals, brake systems, water and fuel pumps, compressors and radiators.
- Repair and rewire electrical systems; realign and adjust braking and suspension systems for optimal performance.
- Perform welding, cutting and minor bodywork repairs as required.
- Accurately document all maintenance and repair work, including labor and materials used, in compliance with operational standards.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics and service bulletins to guide diagnostics and repair procedures.
