Public Notice for Transit Operating
Assistance/Capital Assistance

This is to notify all interested parties that the University of Wyoming is applying for funding through transit operating and capital assistance in the total estimated cost of $4,742,205 (federal and local) under the Wyoming Department of Transportation’s operating and capital transit grant programs. 

The operating/capital assistance grant is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and/or State Public Transit funding and is administered by the Wyoming Department of Transportation.  This application includes a request for operating and capital expenses associated with providing public transportation within the City of Laramie, Albany County in the State of Wyoming.  This application is on file at 1000 E. University Ave., Laramie, WY, 82071. 

If requested, a public hearing will be scheduled, along with a notice indicating the location, date, and time of the public hearing.
