Ever wonder who is behind those Request Help tickets or web analytics research? Our website team is comprised of highly-talented individuals who each specialize in important functions that help support our CMS site editors. We are small team and provide assistance to over 300 editors who manage the 38,000+ pages on the UW website. Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive training and knowledge so that site editors can be independently and effectively manage their websites. Much has evolved in the management of our CMS over the past few years and we continue to create efficiencies in our policies and processes to better serve our site editors and general website visitors.

Emily joined Institutional Marketing in 2021 from the UW American Heritage Center
and is the queen of content strategy and page redesigns. She has designed several
incredible pages on our site, including the About Us page and the School of Graduate Education homepage.

Caroline is an instrumental part of our support team and is responsible for the incredible
success of our Omni Request Help Ticketing system. She joined IM from the History Department in 2021 and has a knack for customer service
and problem-solving. Before Caroline, we only had email to help site editors so we're
very lucky to have her skills!

Akriti is an essential part of maintaining our CMS and joined our team in 2020 after
working in IT and graduating from UW. If there's a bug in the code of our site, Akriti
can find it and fix it with minimal disruption to site editors and web visitors. Her
deep understanding and knowledge of website accessibility helps our site visitors
have an equitable and inclusive experience!

Shelbey started with Institutional Marketing as an intern in 2020 and has grown into
our top web strategist. She has brought hundreds of degree pages to life with well-researched Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and is a beast inside
Google Analytics 4. She started the Admissions blogging strategy which accounts for
thousands of organic visits to the UW website.

Pat is an OG team member and has been working on the UW website for well over a decade
and has also been part of its many transformations. He is often assisting site editors
with repairing broken links and is always ready to lend a hand at our virtual open labs.

Mindy joined IM in 2019 and now leads our website, digital advertising and social media teams. You may recognize her voice from the Omni CMS training and when she's not busy creating tutorials, she's working with site editors to create strategies and efficiencies in their sites. She's most passionate about creating great usability and is working hard to design brand new templates!

Mar is one of our student staff members and a Construction Management major at UW.
She plays an essential role in keeping our website accessible and equitable for site
visitors using assistive technology like screen readers. She works closely with our
team to identify and fix accessibility violations.

After earning his degree from UW, Isaac joined our team as a part-timer specialist
and mainly assists our site editors in weekly virtual open labs. Isaac is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a technology startup. He's become incredibly
knowledgeable with the CMS and is eager to assist you!

Okay, so he's not technically an employee at Institutional Marketing — but Alec is an essential part of ensuring
our site editors are trained inside Omni CMS. Working in IT, Alec maintains technology
training inside WyoLearn and manages our CMS training.
