Kurt was born and raised in Dubois, Wyoming. In the fall of 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology, with a minor in physiology from the University of Wyoming. His medical interests are largely surgical, however, he is interested in the procedural aspects of many specialties. During his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, antler hunting, snowboarding and hiking with his friends and family.
