Dr. Noel Gould is an interdisciplinary academic-practitioner. He brings to his students a record of learning and success as a senior advisor and innovator in business, government, international trade, and global education. His work in both business and civil society regularly integrated management and marketing disciplines and practices. While representing US businesses in the annual APEC Leaders summit, Dr. Gould developed and led APEC Voices of the Future. Now in its 30th year, the program brings students and educators from the 21 APEC Economies to the annual event for experiential learning in trade and capacity building across many countries, cultures and stages of economic development.
