Kailyn earned her bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology and her Master
of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. Throughout her career, she
has served in a variety of roles across campus and in the broader community, including
work with the District Attorney’s Office, victim advocacy, and public service initiatives.
She has been actively involved in policy work and legislative advocacy, including
speaking in support of and helping advance legislation focused on community well-being.
A certified School Counselor currently completing her master’s in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling, Kailyn brings a counseling-centered lens to her work. While her
professional experience spans public service, advocacy, and university leadership,
her passion lies in higher education. She is committed to helping students develop
clarity, confidence, and direction as they step into both their academic and personal
growth.
