Candace currently advises all of the College of Business online undergraduate students as well as assisting with business undeclared majors. She facilitates the success of her students by adopting a holistic approach to academic advising that has made the Peter M. & Paula Green Johnson Student Success Center effective in its mission. She is passionate about helping online students feel a part of the University of Wyoming campus and finding ways to be flexible when advising for a variety of lifestyles.
She earned her B.A in Geography from Arizona State University and spends most of her free time attending to the needs of one demanding French Bulldog, three guinea pigs, and some frogs for good measure.
The University of Wyoming has earned its Research Level 1 (R1) status from the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education, placing Wyoming's only four-year university with the top research universities in the United States.
