Biography
Min Yu is an Assistant Instructional Professor in the Management & Marketing Department at the University of Wyoming. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with an emphasis in organizational behavior from Arizona State University, an M.S. from Seoul National University, and a B.S. from the University of Utah. Dr. Yu's passion lies in understanding how individuals can thrive both professionally and personally. Her research examines how individuals manage uncertainty and competing demands at the work–life interface. She teaches undergraduate management courses and is committed to creating purposeful learning experiences for her students. Outside of work, Dr. Yu enjoys playing the piano and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops with her husband.
