Student Affairs Marketing is the center for design and marketing effforts across all of Student Affairs Offices. We design signage, logos, and branding for all affiliated departments. We currently do not do any design for student organizations. If you are a student organization looking for design help please contact the ASUW Director of Marketing at asuwexc4@uwyo.edu. Please follow the link below to request approval to use the digital signage in the union through the Student Affairs Marketing Office. All designs must be 1920x1080 px at 300 ppi and will be approved based on the discretion of the marketing team.

Campus Poster Run

The Poster Run has transitioned from the Student Organizations office to the Student Affairs Marketing office. The process for the poster run is very similar to what it was, but we are happy to include some new changes that make the poster run easier to use and more accessable for all!     • Last Run: December 4th
      • No Run on November 27th
