H.T. Person (1967-1968)
President from 1967-1968. Earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State College, M.S. from Iowa State University, and the C.E. Certificate from South Dakota State. President Person was a member of the University of Wyoming faculty from 1929-1964, during which time he served as head of the civil engineering department and as dean of the College of Engineering until he retired in 1964.
There are the H.T. Person Memorial Endowment and the annual H.T. Person Homecoming Lecture in President Person's memory.
